Refund policy

At Kryalon Store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic products, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds:

✅ Eligibility for Return/Refund

• Return/refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

• Only unused, unopened, and undamaged products in their original packaging are eligible.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Used or opened cosmetic products

• Products bought during sales, promotions, or using discount codes

• Items with broken seals or damaged packaging due to customer mishandling

💵 Refund Process

• Once approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method or bank transfer within 7–10 business days.

• Refunds are only issued for the product cost. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
